Most orders ship within 24 hours! Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping “philosophy”:
Shipping policy
Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground. This service takes 5-7 business days depending on your location (most of our products ship from our primary warehouse in Lubbock, TX). There are other shipment options also offered during the checkout process as alternative/faster shipping options. We DO NOT ship Internationally. We only ship to The contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Guam)
Availability
Every product on our website is usually in stock, but if an item is purchased in-store before we are able to update our e-commerce stock, we will possibly be unable to provide the product selected and you will be contacted to receive a refund or alternative product.
Custom Items
Items with a Custom Logo can take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver because of the time required to receive the product and apply a logo to that product. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Free Shipping method is UPS Ground and can take 2-7 business days. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. Orders placed before 3pm with this option on Friday, will ship that day- but will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed after 3pm, will ship the next available day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays can not be picked up until the next business day.
UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 business days for delivery. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. Orders placed before 3pm with this option on Friday, will ship that day- but will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed after 3pm, will ship the next available day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays can not be picked up until the next business day.
UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days and will be delivered to a residence by 8pm local time. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. Orders placed before 3pm with this option on Friday, will ship that day- but will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 3pm, will ship the next available day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays can not be picked up until the next business day.
We do not have the ability to ship to PO Boxes currently. Sorry for the inconvenience.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
Orders containing regularly priced items totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Shipping, which will be shipped UPS Ground (2-7 days for delivery). Order total must exceed $150 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversized items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges. Free shipping does not apply to orders placed through our Team Sales page.
CALCULATING COST
We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we’re shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the items you are purchasing.
